At EasyGoInvoice, we're always listening to your feedback and working to improve your experience. Today, we’re excited to roll out two new features designed to make your workflow even smoother:


1. Send Invoices via Email

You can now email any invoice, quote, credit note, or purchase order directly to your clients — no need to download and attach manually!

Send Invoice Email Feature

How it works:

  • Enter one or more client emails (comma-separated or press Enter after each).
  • Customize the subject and message.
  • Hit "Send Email" and you're done!

✅ No need to download
✅ Send to multiple clients in one click
✅ Works for current and previously generated documents

This feature is perfect for freelancers, small business owners, or anyone looking to save time and improve client communication.


We’ve also made a small but mighty improvement to the blog.

You can now:

  • Search blog posts more easily
  • Get faster results as you type
  • Clear the search with one click (look for the ❌ icon)

This makes it easier to find tips, tutorials, and invoicing best practices without scrolling endlessly.
